Shipping Information

All orders are sent in very secure discreet plain brown paper packaging. Our aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours or the next working day. If for any reason this is not possible we will contact you to give an estimated dispatch date.

UK Delivery:

  • Economy Delivery within the UK is £7. This is sent tracked 48 and should arrive within 3-5 working days to arrive.

  • Standard Delivery within the UK is £8. This is sent tracked 24 and should arrive within 1-2 working days to arrive.

  • Express Delivery within the UK is £9. This is sent next day delivery and should arrive the next working day by 1pm. 

Overseas Delivery: 

  • Overseas Orders are sent by DHL Express Courier. Delivery to Europe & USA is normally 1-2 days delivery. We may need to contact you for additional payment in certain countries.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we regrettably cannot accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or if the product cannot be worn owing to sizing issues.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt by emailing info@londondominatrixscholl.co.uk with your order number and reason for return - sizing or damaged on arrival.

All products are quality checked by hand before they are supplied so we fully expect them to arrive as they were shipped. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please supply photos of the damage for us to use as evidence when raising a case with our delivery partner.

We address returns on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If the product has been damaged during use then we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
