Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at shop@londondominatrixschool.co.uk with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Returns on Unused Items Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used. Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning any item.
Return Postage Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Exceptions We reserve the right to refuse returns where items show signs of use or where hygiene seals have been broken.
All returns are subject to inspection. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receipt.
